I’m sorry to hear about your impression of our interaction. I want to clarify that I never stated or implied that the property would not be rented to two single individuals. During our phone call, I mentioned there were already a lots of applications submitted before yours, and we are required to review applications in the order they are received. At the time of our conversation, we had not yet received your completed application. After you left this review, I expedited the process and looked up your application. I noticed it listed three occupants, which differs from the claim in your review that there were only two. Additionally, we require all intended occupants to apply before making any decisions, and we had not received completed applications from all parties. We treat all applicants equally.
